1. If you are sick, please do not come to the pool.  If a member of your household is sick, do not let them come to the pool.
2. Wash hands frequently (20 seconds with soap and water or use sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol).
3. Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
4. Please wear a face mask when in public but not in the pool.  Children under the age of two years old do not need to wear a mask.  People with difficulty breathing or people cannot remove the mask themselves use your best judgement.
5. The staff will regularly be sanitizing frequently touched surfaces.  In addition, the staff will make every effort to clean tables after an occupant leaves the pool area.  You may also wish to use your own best practices and clean a vacant area before using.

According to the CDC, the virus that causes COVID-19 cannot be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas.  However, the opportunity for transmitting the virus does exist in surrounding areas.  In addition, the above safe-practices, our swimming pool and surrounding needs to comply with the additional guidelines to further minimize the potential risk for transmission and spread of COVID-19:
1. Person-to-person interaction and activities between members of separate households should be limited and social distancing of six feet between them should be practiced.
2. Discourage sharing items that are difficult to clean, sanitize, or disinfect or that are meant to come in contact with the face (i.e. goggles, nose clips, snorkels).
3. Discourage sharing of objects that can be shared (i.e. noodles, floats, kick boards, rafts, etc.) with members of separate households.
4. Parents should have conversations with their children before coming to the pool about appropriate behavior.
5. All items left at the pool will stay in the lost and found for 24 hours.  Once they reach the 24-hour mark, we will be disposing of them.  Any valuables found will be brought to the main office for safe keeping.
6. All children under the age of two years old are not required to wear a mask.  All members swimming and in the pool are also not required to wear a mask.  Members in the fenced in pool area are still required to wear a mask at this time.
